Most mood trackers force you to pick one feeling for the whole day. We tried it. It always felt wrong.
What about the morning that started terrible and got better? The day you were stressed at work and happy by dinner? The Sunday that was calm until you got the bad news?
So in DailyDoze, you can pick two moods per day. One for the first half. One for the second half. The tile in your calendar splits diagonally — half one color, half another — and your year heatmap honors that nuance.
If you really did feel one mood all day, you can. Tap the same mood twice and the tile fills completely. But most days, when you look back, there were two halves. We made the app remember that.
